Alexia Croset

Born in 1999 in Évian-les-Bains, Alexia Croset lives and works in Toulon. She graduated with a DNSEP from the ésadtpm in Toulon in 2024, with honors.

Through the model of the blue crab, Callinectes sapidus, a species that has become invasive in the Mediterranean in recent years, she explores ceramics as a matrix for a contemporary mythology. In doing so, she questions the potential of this crustacean as a founding figure of a changing sea.
