Katerina Voronina
Bio
Katerina creates murals, illustrated books, graphic novels, and editorial illustrations. She leads workshops and is a passionate illustrator. Originally from Moscow, she has been living abroad since 2016 and most recently in Paris since 2023.
Residency project
This comic book artist residency explores the tensions and transformations of our time through original graphic narratives. Inspired by the theme of “rising dangers,” the artists in residence examine the social, environmental, technological, and personal upheavals that are reshaping our horizons. Combining narrative experimentation and visual research, the project encourages exchanges between authors, screenwriters, and illustrators to give rise to collective and individual works that blend graphic innovation with reflection on major contemporary challenges.
