At La Rocabella, we are used to welcoming artists looking for a timeless place, where creation finds a natural echo between sky and sea. But when an artist of the stature of GIMS Chose our estate to put down his bags and shoot his latest video “BABY”, it is a unique adventure that is being written before our eyes.

A decor worthy of an exceptional artist

With over 5 million records sold and prestigious collaborations with Sia, Pitbull, Lil Wayne, Stromae, Maluma and Sting, GIMS is much more than an artist: it is a voice that crosses generations and borders. His talent, forged between Kinshasa, Paris and Marrakech, has propelled him to the top of the charts, making him a key player on the French-speaking music scene.

And it is here that he has chosen to give life to the images of “BABY”, his very last title. A piece where emotion is burning “just like the first time”, where love and doubt respond in a mesmerizing melody.

During a shoot, our light-filled gardens and our intimate atmosphere became the scene of an elegant and magnetic staging, supported by the powerful visual universe of GIMS.

This shooting is further proof that La Rocabella is not only a place, but a muse. Artists, directors, musicians... many have found here a source of inspiration, a haven for creativity, a space where ideas come to life.
